I had a dream of opening a French Bistro. Family conversations led to my in-laws Jerry and Teresa and my wife Trisha becoming partners in Beaujolais Bistro. Shortly before we opened, by chance, I met Jaquies Nolle at the Siena and voila, we had our own wait staff and then our kitchen staff came together.

So here we are ten years later, and we are thankful for all the people who helped make Beaujolais Bistro possible: our dedicated employees, supportive family, the city of Reno, and, most importantly, our wonderful patrons.

Over time we’ve found better ways to do things, new dishes, new wines and new faces. After ten years, I’m even more passionate about French cooking and eager to share my evolving vision of a French bistro with you.
